An ISO refractory manufacturing company situated in Ranchi, Jharkhand on the Ranchi-Khunti highway just on road is well connected and easily approachable. Railway Station and Airport is within 10 Kms from the plant.

Raw Material : situated in the mineral rich belt of Jharkhand, it has a one hectare store yard for raw material storage to take care of seasonal mining irregularities.

Crushing : Jaw Crushers, Roller Crushers, Disintegrators, Impact mills, and Ball mills to take care of angular and microfine grinding; online magnetic screens for controlled granulometry and online rare earth magnetic separators to remove free iron.

Mixing : Muller, Paddle, Pan, Fluid zone mixer and Counter current mixers to take care of homogeneous mixing of products as required.

Pressing : Presses of various capacities both in fiction screw and hydraulic besides extrusion, pneumatic ramming and hand moulding facilities.

Firing : Dual fuel fired continuous high temperature tunnel kiln and shuttle kiln for basic and PCPF curing. DD kiln to calcine and fire big blocks and shapes to remove black core.

Dispatch : A well equipped lab to check quality and a one hectare (covered & uncovered) area to keep goods customer wise for tailor made specifications.

The capacity of plant is 12000 MT/pa of fireclay ; 2000 MT/pa of basic refractories, 1000 MT/pa of insulation refractories & 5000 MT/pa of monolithics.
